Will it fit my mixer?

It fits KitchenAid tilt-head mixers with a 4.5 or 5 quart bowl: Artisan KSM150, Classic, Classic Plus, Deluxe and Ultra Power. It does not fit bowl-lift mixers (6 and 7 Qt) or the Artisan Mini (3.5 Qt).

Can I pour liquids through it?

Yes. Milk, eggs and oil run through as easily as flour and sugar.

How much does it hold?

The opening is 5.35 in (13.6 cm) wide, enough to tip in a full measuring cup in one go.
